Hard Rock Panama will be a 13-story condo hotel that offers 450 luxurious and fully-furnished units next to the soothing waves of the Pacific Ocean in Farallon, Panama.

A one-of-a-kind Panamanian condo hotel, it will feature 25 swim-in/swim-out suites where owners will be able to – you guessed it – swim in and out of their residences.

Hard Rock will operate and maintain the property along the Playa Blanca beach. This is Hard Rock’s first condo hotel property in Latin America. And as part of every Hard Rock hotel property, signature “Rock Star” rooms will be available for purchase.
