Located
on the Pacific Ocean, Icon Vallarta will consist
of three towers, each 26 stories high, and containing
a total of 336 luxury beachfront condominium residences
and seven oceanside villas. This property will be

was broken for Icon Vallarta in summer 2007, and
the three towers should be complete by summer of
2009.
The
development will be situated on approximately four
acres of magnificent oceanfront property with exclusive
beach access and within walking distance of Puerto
Vallarta's restaurants, galleries, shops, nightclubs
and entertainment venues. The area is also known
for its relaxing atmosphere and natural beauty,
offering outdoor activities like golf, snorkeling
and scuba diving, swimming with dolphins, and ATV

All
units of the first tower of Icon Vallarta, a total
of 130 residences, were reserved within three days
of their release in June 2007. Contracts are currently
being accepted for units in Tower Two, which are
being offered in phases, with each new phase priced
higher than the previous one.
Prices
range from the $300,000s for a one-bedroom condo
to the low $900,000s for a three-bedroom unit. Each
of the seven pool villas will start at $1 million
plus.
Additionally, the third and final tower has just been released. It will only consist of 75 three- and four-bedroom residences. Reservations for these units are $20,000, fully refundable prior to contract in early 2008.
