Owners of Jaco Bay will automatically be entitled to a five-year membership with RCI. It essentially offers you the option to trade visits to your Jaco Bay condo for time at any of 3,800 quality RCI-member resorts located around the world as well as many other travel and leisure options.

Construction is currently underway, and is scheduled to be completed by November of 2008.

The developer is currently offering a Fly & Buy Program whereby people who put down a deposit on a condo hotel unit and fly to Costa Rica to see the property.
