A private, gated community, Los Veneros will be located within the Costa Banderas master-planned development.  It will feature contemporary Mexican architecture and will consist of eight, low-rise buildings in Punta de Mita, Mexico. 

Located in the Navarit region, it will contain 251 individually-owned, condo hotel units.  The development will operate as a luxury hotel, giving owners access to all the on-site amenities and services.

Los Veneros and its villa-style buildings will span 42 acres of oceanfront property on the northern tip of Banderas Bay, just 16 miles northwest of Puerto Vallarta and just south of Punta Mita.

The property is also an easy drive to Puerto Vallarta and all the fun and excitement that this popular vacation destination offers.

As an added benefit, owners of the condo hotel units at Los Veneros have the option of placing their homes into a managed rental program.  Details of the program are still being finalized, but the revenue generated by participating in the managed rental program can offset the costs of ownership.

Construction on phase I of Los Veneros began in February of 2007. Completion of the first phase began in mid 2009 and will continue to 2010.

The condo hotel units range in size from 2,800 square feet to 6,300 square feet.  All units feature gourmet kitchen, master bedroom with ocean view and terrace, indoor and outdoor dining and living room with pocket doors and windows.

Prices start at $826,061 and go up to $1,326,929 (subject to change without notice).
