A Home Away from Home

The beachfront villas at Misión La Serena are offered as fractional ownership, 1/8 interests.  This entitles the owner to 28-day pre-planned vacations each year plus spontaneous vacations based on availability.  Currently, nine of the resort’s villas are ready for immediate occupancy.  The resort is proposed to be completed by 2011.

The two-bedroom villas are 2,200 sq. ft and are $370,000.  The three-bedroom villas are 2,800 sq. ft and are $435,000.
