The Marina Village will be a vehicle-free city with footpaths leading to and from the residential areas.  The Village will be a true mini-city with a fitness center, boutiques, deli and casual restaurant as well as a variety of venues for entertaining and socializing.  In addition to the marina, the village will house the Yacht Club and a luxurious resort hotel.
