Reserva Quepos offers five spacious floor plans, some one story and some two, from which to choose. All homes are sold as 1/12 fractionals; you purchase your condo for the month you want to spend in paradise.  Pricing varies depending on the season and is slightly higher for the peak, dry season than the off-peak, green season.

The condos are delivered fully furnished and can be rented to others during your chosen month if desired.  Ranging in size from 1,666 square feet to 2,981 square feet, the homes are priced from $32,900 to $77,900. Residences are also available as full ownership, with pricing ranging from $377,000 - $641,000.

Construction began in April 2008 and will involve three phases.  The whole resort is expected to be complete by June 2011.
